Trying to figure out how to post a picture using this dumb smart phone. I don't have any way to downsize pictures that I've taken with it.

    Too big?

It is just showing us a thumbnail and it expands when clicked. It should be fine.

Shows up on your post as a thumbnail, I'm assuming that's how you set it to down load.

And the thumbnail opens up like it should for me with no problem.

Neat looking old fire truck BTW, 'bout a 33 Chevy I think.

Thank you Gentlemen for your input. I haven't posted pictures to the forum in a decade & things have changed a bit in that time.

I so miss having a laptop and mouse!

BTW, any idea why signatures don't so up anymore?

They do below. You have a signature line in there.

    Steve, turn your phone sideways.

When I hold my phone normally - long ways up and down, short ways side to side, "portrait view" - I don't show any signatures.

But if I rotate my phone 90 degrees - "panoramic view" - suddenly the signatures are there.

When a zombie thread shows up, portrait view just shows how many pages there are. Panoramic view give me the option of going to "first unread post".

So give turning your phone a try. See if that brings the signatures back.

I'm still using my Star Teck flip phone. The wife and the phone company gave up on trying to move me past it. I don't tweet or any of that stuff - I just use my phone to make telephone calls. Good for you folks who try and use the new stuff. Heck - my newest vehicle is a '94 GMC pickup - then they go backwards ('88 - '78 - '73 - '48) so you can see I'm not one to keep up with current trends. As long as it works and is dependable (like my flip phone) I'm good-to-go.

My wife uses a flip-phone. She can't read so it would be a waste to have all that super-duper crap that would never be used. It is almost impossible to get a new flip-phone nowadays!

That looks like a 32/33/34 Ford Commercial.

Yep, it works! Also, some functions that we have on a PC or laptop just aren't supported on a smartphone. The little critters just aren't robust enough.

Fords have the blue oval with the Ford script on the radiator shell, this one has a red bowtie.

    I'm confused.

    WHY FIRETRUCKS ARE RED

A fire truck has four wheels and eight men.

    4 and 8 are 12.

There are 12 inches in a foot.

A foot is also a ruler.

    Queen Elizabeth is a ruler.

Queen Elizabeth is one of the largest ships on the sea.

The sea is full of fish.

    Fish have fins.

    The Finns hate the Russians.

    Russians are red.

Fire trucks are always rushin', so fire trucks are red.

But that one is white??

There were "White Russians", who fought the Reds and lost.
