The tenth amendment is totally ignored by not only Democrats, but by Congress and even the Supreme Court.

It gets in the way of both major parties. The constitution is the people's permission for the federal government to take actions only in certain areas. It has been a long time since either party has allowed those restrictions to "get in the way" of removing our liberties.

The Government Libs have already violated at least half of our Bill of Rights. What really makes me ill is that their rationale is that over the past 200 & some odd yrs., the meanings of words have changed, & the B of R no longer means what it says. Until & unless the Constitution is legally repealed or amended by due process, no Liberal pin head should be allowed to even suggest its meanings are anything but what they have been interpreted to mean for the past 235 yrs. I don't have a Doctorate from Haavaard, or anywhere else, but the meaning & the spirit of our Bill of Rights is as clear as it has ever been. This needs to be made very clear to all our elected officials especially when they start placing themselves above the law!
