Time will tell. If the gun laws go through then I belive a move may be in my future.
Its a wait and see game. I know I can get a nicer place for less money but I am old and don't want to wait for it to be built. ( $35,000 cheaper if I have it built. construction time is one year )

I have already set in motion plans to take the wife down there this fall and spend a couple of weeks as non tourists just to get a feel of the areas I am interested in.
The other place I am looking at is 20 miles south of the Mexican border. That will be a bit cheaper and in a much dryer area.

grcsat You may want to watch about saying things are hurricane proof. People also said that the Titanic was unsinkable.:machinegunner: The place looks great.

Oh I wouldn’t worry too much about being that close to Mexico. Belize is a small country and you’re bound to be fairly close to a border no matter where you live. Also, seems to me that everyone is going north not south and traveling via Guatemala. What I want to know is how are we going to get all of @grcsat ’s guns down here in the states for this year’s Christmas Raffle.
    :D

    ......it’s a joke. ;)

I'd volunteer to go get them, but I can't go to Canada.

I envy you & every other lawful gun owner NOT! If people don't get off their rear-ends here in Wa., we're going to be in the same boat. inslee & ferguson need to tried as traitors and subjected to the laws traitors are held to.
I hope you & others can beat this crap in the courts.

The money has been donated. It is time for the lawers to file and then the fight of words will begin.

...or maybe, guns used in crimes that have (somehow) made back out into public circulation.
So it's kinda like a "wanted" poster....if you end up with that gun, please call the authorities.

To day I have been informed that a court challenge has been issued .
It is 54 pages long. It will be the biggest firearms/court challenge in Canadian history. I believe it will end up costing several million dollars. ( yes I threw in my $100 to help:) )
No one really cares if you protest but when you pay high priced lawers to do your talking then the government has to stand up and take notice.

I read in one article that the fool bought like $500 of gas before he started his rampage. Is there any talk of restricting bulk fuel purchases?

If I get a bailout check I'll donate a portion.

That's good, the court challenge is almost as long as the banned gun list.
