A couple years ago I uncovered what I believe to be an old derringer while metal detecting in northern Illinois. To this date no one has been able to tell me any information about it. Any information would be much appreciated!

Remington, Colt and High Standard all made lots of derringers, yours looks like it had a full trigger guard.
