Is anyone coming to the big show in Tulsa this weekend?

I'll be going on Sunday. Have to burn a day's vacation but its worth it.
The website states you have 16 seconds to look at each table if you go both days. No doubt the biggest gun show I've ever seen.

It's the biggest in the country.
I'd love to make the trip. I have a buddy down here that goes every year. He's not a vender, he's a true gunnut. :D

I can't make it, spent all my gun and fun money for the year on primers and powder.

Anyone that has never been to this show ought to at least see it once. It ranks right up there with damndest things I've ever seen.

What a fracking MADHOUSE!!!!! I got there at 7am and the lines both out front and in back were about 3/4 of a mile long. But this time they did something smart... they had ticket sales people who were going down the line selling tickets so all ya had to do was get in another line and just give them the ticket as you walked in.

It was elbow to elbow inside the building. People were rude as all get out. I figure there must have been quite a few out of towners because Oklahomans are not as rude as what i ran into today.

I tried to buy some 357mag and 44mag brass but the guys selling it were not taking people in order. Several of us had been there for 1/2 hour and the ding-a-ling starts serving some guy that just walked up. Several of us got mad and walked off. My favorite gunshop had a table there. They hollered hello mike as i tried to make my way over to their tables. :D Yup, i'm a regular....:D

All i really managed to get were some pistol mags and a couple of trinkets and a couple more rechargable moisture sucker upers for the gun safe. I was able to find 4 mags for the Sig p220 and i actually found 2 mags for the HK 45c which i have been looking for forever. They did not have mags for the DPMS LR308 though... One mag table said if i could find any grab them because he had been trying for 6 months to get some. So i got disappointed on that.

I don't normally buy trinkets but this one table had these wooden replicas of airplanes. I bought a spitfire and a P40. I thought they were kinda neat so i bought them.

I just now got them put together. I wish i would have bought more. They are Cool.... :D:D:D:D

They had everything. F16, F14, Huey Helicopters... Cars like mustang and camaro... they had a train... they even had a pretty cool M1 Abrams tank. I didn't want to spend to much so i only got the two...

I'm a little bummed at not finding the DPMS 308 mags or the 357 or 44 ammo. I even brought a small dolly with me... but wound up not needing it. I guess i am a little bummed over that but i finally got 2 mags for the HK 45c ... that one had been eluding me for some time now!

At least you got something out of the day. I could stand a few more mags for my Walther and my WASR.
