What do I have here? Is this a Mauser Bolt/Trigger Assembly?

There are no other identifying marks. The serial looks like a B with an arrow underneath

I got this at a garage sale 15 years ago. Thanks for your help!

Yes it is, but I don't know enough about them to tell you which one.

The Argentina small ring Mauser, was the Model 1891. The Model 1895 adopted by other South American countries didn't have the thumb slot, or gas vent like the Spanish 1916 did. The 1895 had a raised portion of the tang on the right side that the bolt handle locked into. It's also "scrubbed" of all manufacture markings other than proofs. Read here:
A barreled action, with a good bore would be in the $150 range.
