With the powder shortage going on I can only find Accurate powder in stock at a few web sites. Do you guys have any advice about using Accurate 2200 or Accurate 2015 for the 223?

H335 or IMR-4064 but I will be using 2230 very soon as that's what the reloading store had last time I went in. If you can chose, I'd go with the 2015 but that's mainly cause none of my manuals call for the 2200 to be used with the 223 (I'm sure there are some that are ok with it though)

I've always used Vihtavouri N140 for .223; and also for .243. I was afraid I would run out and couldn't find more, so I got a tub of Lovex S060, but have never tried it. I found more Vihtavouri. Of course, those are powders I can get over here. I think they ship the Vihtavuori to the US.

I've never used either of those Accurate powders, I've always been a H-335 user until this shortage hit. Now I'm using Vectan T3000.

Never used any of the Accurate powders. Have had good results with H 414 (apparently now Winchester 760 according to Hodgdon) in my 5.56X50R mag. Pretty much a slightly bigger 223 case with a rim. The way things are going, you shoot what you can find. Sure glad I stocked up when components were available and affordable.

I use BLC-(2) , IMR 4895 or Shooters World Match Rifle for my .223 reloads depending on which one I have at the time.

Varget works well with the .223. Deadly accurate when you work up your load but it STINKS. And I didn't really care for cutting kernels in my powder measure.
Started out with Accurate Arms 2230 then found AA 2230C (data powder) for a killer price.
Maybe $65 or $70 for 8 pounds? Went thru close to 100 pounds before you couldn't get it anymore then switched back to AA2230. Still my "go to" powder for my .223 rigs.

I get a powder, work it till I can't get anymore out of before I even "think" about switching to something else.
So you switch because ** shot bug holes with * powder and before long, you've got 10 different 2/3 rds. full cans sitting on the shelf and NEVER did find their full potential??
Get a powder, work it till you can't work it anymore then, work it some more!!
AA 2230 for everything shoot and load for. From my "20 TCM" on up to my 6.8 SPC, 7.62 (.308) for my M1A and 5.56 (223) for my AR. LOTS of AA 2230 thru my Mini 14. Even got
AA 2200 and AA 2460 to try on some of my Wildcats. Just havn't got there yet. :)
