I was given this rifle and it has had the butt of the stock cut off and is missing the trigger gaurd. I would like to find used or need pattern.

    Welcome Tom Weddle,

Do you mean the model 1902 Winchester .22? If s, you are going to have a terrible time finding a used original. They were mostly made from gumwood and were very weak in the wrist area and tended to break easily. The 1902 and the 1904 would interchange, except the early 1904s had crescent buttplates.
The trigger guard was shaped to give the impression of a pistol grip. The top rifle in this picture is a 1902, the middle is a thumbtrigger, which is basically the same except no trigger or guard.
