And a card.
Happy Valentines day.
Nothin yet...Wait for it !!!
Lily can't have chocolate, or wine, and she can't read. So I guess I'm off the hook!
Well carver! you could give her a big hug and a peanut butter covered treat.
Wife and I are going shopping, I am going to let her pick out what she wants. This is actually a surprise for her considering that there really isn't any big time stores she likes in our town. Then I am taking her out to dinner at the new (to us) fancy Chinese Restaurant in Astoria OR. The yellow roses and her card were already delivered this morning with her morning cup of Coffee.
Lily can't do the treats, or peanut butter, but she does get big hugs all the time!
My wife is on a different continent than I am currently. She got chocolates before I left and a phone call today. The rest will have to wait till I return home soon ...
I gave my wife a heart shaped box of Dove chocolates this morning. She asked "is today valentines?" and said "thank you" and then threw the box over on the coffee table where it is still laying.
"HAPPY VALENTINE"S DAY! To everyone!
To give more info than ya'll want read here's our holiday:

Other than wearing a bandage this morning. I was all I had as a gift. She said go get bathed, dressed and she'd change my bandage.
So, guess that was high light of our Valentine's Day!
Yesterday we were at Doctor's visit and I mentioned hope him and and his wife had a "Happy Valentine's Day!". We been seeing him about 15 years now. He said he still had not gotten his wife a gift, yet. I suggested both of them just taking day off and spend quality time with her while their kids was in school.
He shook his head and said no, not going try that again.
Ours was a "Happy Valentines" comment to each other followed by a kiss. Ain't I romantic!
We celebrated yesterday because we had plans today. We went to a local seafood restaurant, ate oysters on the half shell, stopped by a plant nursery picked up two potted plants and a miniature rose for my wife, then came home and took a nap. Retirement is wonderful, life is good.
Got Linda a pound of her two favorite See’s Chocolates and a nice card.
We swapped Valentine's Day cards but I ain't swappin' spit with my woman until she gets over whatever it is she has!! Lord I hope it's soon...she sounds awful!
I heard that!
