Well here is the 2nd shotgun I won at auction . . Nothing real special about it and I know info is pretty scarce even markings on it are few but I posted pictures anyway . I was looking for a old shotgun like this to turn into a coach gun and the French one I also picked up would be a crime in my book to start messing with it . This one will load the brass shells I am interested in using so unless I decide different or it checks out unsafe to shoot this will be my project gun . Guess if it does check unsafe to shoot can still make it a coach gun !!!!! Really hope I get to make smoke with this one !!!! If anyone has info or suggestions let me know !!!!

From what I can see of the firing pin holes it appears to definitely be a BP gun. Beyond that, I am clueless sooner.

Sold by George Worthington Company in Ohio from 1890 to 1935. Early ones like yours were Crescent guns, later ones were Stevens.
