I know he says it says 32, but that sure looks like it says 22 to me. What about the rest of y'all?

It also says center fire, so I doubt 22!
I was thinking of the 22 velo dog. In Europe it was referred to as the 5.75 mm.

Back before the time of Louis Pasteur and rabies vaccine, getting bit by a stray dog could be deadly. So people riding bicycles in the country got in the habit of carrying a small pistol. If a dog came charging out to snap at their legs, they would shoot it.

Bicycles were, at the time, known as velocipedes. And they developed this gun, and the cartridge for it, specifically for shooting dogs from the back of your velocipede. Thus - velo dog.

And, as you can see by the photos, it's center fire.
