I didn't want to fill up "who's reloading tonight" thread, but here's an update on my building. I finally built my last bench tonight. All that's left is building my shelf below the benches, and stain/poly the new bench. We have baseball practice Tuesday, and I have Lodge practice Wednesday night. I hope to work on the lower shelf Thurs/Fri, and stain/poly Saturday. If so I should be ready to mount my presses, and drill press Sunday or Monday.

Thanks!

The bench top also has two 2x6's laying flat running the length of the bench giving the first 11" from the front a thickness of 2.25". There's also 2x6 joist running front to back every 48", and cut out to help support the 2x6's, and bench top.

Thanks Todd51! It's actually a 10x20 building. I also need to get my A/C set in its hole. The setup will be presses on the left, and back bench. On the right bench will be a drill press, and Lyman Case Prep center. Then the front half of the right bench will be for gun cleaning/maintenance. I should have enough room to place my long gun on the bench for cleaning without them hanging over.

I need to post a pic with it in place! My parents have been going through my grandmothers house, and cleaning it up to rent out. She's bed ridden, and on hospis. While cleaning out they found a brand new high back leather office chair that adjust up n down still in the box. Dad called, and asked if I would like to have it. Heck yea! I went over Sunday to pick it up, and help him load trailers with things for storage.

I keep waiting for my wife's last few birds to die. She has a whole bedroom meet aside for 2 finches, a parotlet, a budgie, and a miniature pigeon.

When they go, my small 10x10 man cave can occupy that other 10x10 room, making that wing of the house mine.. and there is a bathroom between them. :)

Thanks Shadow160!

Soundguy here's my trimmer that I use with the drill press.

Thanks for the pic. I was guessing thats What you had it for. Nice trimmer too. If i
didn't have my rcbs power trimmer, id have done that as i have a spare small bench drill press.

Joe thanks for the kind words, but all that matters is you are happy, and producing quality ammo! This is a major upgrade for me also, going from a 12' bench in my garage to a 10x20 building. I was tired of load ammo in the 95* heat of summer, and being crampped up with my kids bikes leaning against my bench. My wife wanted the garage back, and I really didn't like the idea of having 40lbs+ of powder in my house. This has long been a dream of mine after seeing some of the great setups on the pic threads.

Gdmoody you are my inspiration on buying a building. I have moved all my powder, and primers out to the building. I had to buy a dehumidifier to keep the humidity down. I'm keeping it at 50-55% seems like that's the ideal range for no rust, and keeping powder/primers fresh from what I have read.

Nice setup. Im not even reloading anymore. I have plenty of room for it and have threatened buying a big blue but still havent done it. I sold all my lee loading equipment some time ago after becoming so frustrated with it.

Looks like I have finished up for now. I plan to load some this weekend! I still want to hang some cabinets, and finish up with staining my lower shelf under the bench. Here's how things stand now.

Wow, its hard to walk after seeing those pics.. and I'm not thinking about arby's either..

Seriously nice, even them blue things bolted to the bench. :)
Yea I love my sea of Blue! After reading through pages of LDBennete talking about how good the Blue Koolaid was, I just had to try it! The RL550b was my very first press.
