Yes, everyone wants equal pay. The problem is that the Wall St protests he references and the political discussion the Left is pushing aren't about equal pay for equal work.

Inequality of pay for equal work is rare. Yes employees with more experience and training may be at a higher scale than less qualified co-workers, but that isn't inequality, that's incentive for higher skills. Most studies ignore seniority and training within job classifications.

The Left isn't for equality, they are about redistribution of wealth by forcing employers to pay higher wages, ignoring the fact that higher costs for employers translates immediately to higher charges for products and services. Zero sum game. It's about getting the labor vote, pure and simple. Give all those monkeys the grapes they deserve....
